About FIT by Carina
The FIT by Carina community is for all ages and fitness levels. Our outdoor group workouts started in July of 2020 and have been going strong ever since! We motivate each other to achieve our individual fitness goals as we move together. Focusing on HIIT and mat Pilates, each workout is fresh and fun! Come sweat with us at one of our San Diego classes today!
Barre FIT mixes elements of ballet positions, yoga, and mat Pilates while working the muscle groups to fatigue. See you at the barre soon!
Shape and tone that booty with this lower body focused session. Thighs, hips, glutes, and hamstrings are the targeted muscle groups in this workout.
This intense class will incorporate moves for lengthening and strengthening those mid-body muscles. Core FIT is a great addition to any fitness routine!
